A large turnout of students made for a dynamic Youth Challenge. The new Darwin Middle School provided an inspirational venue for the students to grapple with the challenges of the day. One student, so keen to be involved in the day came from Katherine, over 300 kilometres from Darwin. Relishing in the dynamic learning environment of the Darwin Middle School, students worked co-operatively to deliver informed role-play presentations. Mr Damien Hale, MP for Solomon, was in attendance and fielded a number of probing questions from the student body. Once again, the highlight for many of the students was the opportunity to meet and work with Defence personnel who were actively involved in the day's program.
